Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Votano Asia Solutions, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR. Our operations in mainland China are carried out by our affiliate 广州鹿荣企业服务有限公司 (Guangzhou Lurong Enterprise Services Co., Ltd.), based in Guangzhou. Two companies, one team.

Services

Votano Asia Solutions provides business support that may include sourcing strategy, supplier coordination, sample follow-up, product visual direction, launch asset preparation and related commercial support. Exact deliverables, timelines, fees and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Project scope and changes

Each engagement depends on the information available, supplier responsiveness, product complexity and client decisions. If the requested work changes after kickoff, Votano Asia Solutions may adjust the scope, timeline or fees before continuing.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate product, supplier, timeline, budget and market information.
• Review decisions, samples, visuals, copy and supplier updates in a timely manner.
• Confirm that products, claims, labels, imports and sales activities meet the rules of the target market.
• Pay agreed fees and third-party costs according to the approved proposal or invoice.

Supplier and third-party responsibility

Votano Asia Solutions may coordinate with suppliers, contractors, logistics providers, platforms or other third parties. Unless agreed in writing, those third parties remain responsible for their own products, pricing, performance, lead times, quality, compliance and representations.

No guaranteed outcome

Votano Asia Solutions works to improve clarity, coordination and launch readiness but does not guarantee supplier acceptance, product approval, production timelines, sales results, platform performance, customs clearance or regulatory approval.

Fees and payment

Fees, deposits, payment dates, currency, reimbursable expenses and cancellation terms are confirmed in the relevant proposal, invoice or written agreement. Work may be paused if payments are overdue.

Confidentiality

Both parties should treat non-public supplier details, product information, pricing, samples, launch plans, business strategy and client materials as confidential unless disclosure is required to perform the services, comply with law or was approved in writing.

Intellectual property and usage

Unless agreed otherwise, final client-specific deliverables become available for the client's business use after full payment. Votano Asia Solutions may retain ownership of internal methods, templates, tools, draft materials and general know-how developed before or during the engagement.

Website content is provided for general business information. It does not create a client relationship, formal quote, supplier commitment or guarantee unless confirmed in a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Votano Asia Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, supplier conduct, third-party services or business decisions made from general information.

Governing law

Unless another written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
